To the front and side of the house there is a lot of parking.  The other side of the house has a lot of storage space.  The house is cedar sided and well maintained. The garage is a single car garage + a little extra workshop space.  The garage is also well maintained and dry.

The shed is very useable.  Half was once a distillery and the other half nearly a sauna so it is insulated & wired for heating.  It needs some finish work but already has more than the average shed.  The property also includes a smoker.  Smokers are no longer allowed in the city of Craig, but this one has been grandfathered in.  The owners say that it is really nice to be able to smoke all your own food onsite!

The Yard

The back yard is surprisingly private with a forest feel for a home in town.  It is currently a bit overgrown but could be the perfect yard with a good sun aspect, forest for privacy and that Alaskan feel, and a nice open space for gardening or just enjoyment.
